Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern invited use of Forever After on native iOS and Android. Access is by named invitation. By signing in, you agree to use the service only as described here.
Chapter one
Access and eligibility
You may use Forever After only if you have received a named invitation and sign in with the matching verified account. Family roles, permissions, and access can be changed or revoked by the authorized family owner or by Forever After when needed to protect the archive.
The current invite-only private beta is free during this testing period. It does not provide a public signup from this site, a paid subscription, an emergency service, a medical service, or legal advice.
Chapter two
Family archive responsibilities
Upload only material you are authorized to preserve and share with the invited family roles. Provide accurate context where you can, respect living participants’ choices, and do not use another person’s account or invite someone without the appropriate authority.
Family recollections remain attributed to the person who shared them. Approval of an archive source does not make an AI answer infallible. You remain responsible for reviewing Talk against its cited, currently authorized sources.
Chapter three
Talk and AI
Talk answers only from currently approved sources for the selected profile. It must cite them or refuse. Talk is a cited-answer aid, not a substitute for the original recording, and it is not emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Archive consent authorizes preservation and review. It does not authorize AI voice, a voice clone, or a live AI call. Story Room recordings remain archive sources.
Future Me, when offered, is a disclosed overlay for a living self. It is not archive evidence and not a prediction. Family Hub remains the Digital Presence studio.
Chapter four
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, family authorization, private-media controls, rate limits, or review controls. Do not upload malware, another person’s credentials, material you have no right to share, or content intended to harm, deceive, or impersonate someone.
Do not treat the service as a crisis line or rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Contact appropriate professionals or emergency services for those needs.
Chapter five
Availability and feedback
Because access is invite-only, features and availability can change. Keep a copy of irreplaceable originals outside the app. Report problems through support@inbetwiddle.com without including private archive content in your first message.
Feedback helps improve the service. It does not give you access to another family’s data or change the ownership and authority rules for your own family archive.
Chapter six
Privacy, deletion, and contact
Read the Privacy Policy for how the service handles data. You can initiate full account deletion in the authenticated app; see Account deletion for the process. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@inbetwiddle.com.
